Jason A. Rosenthal

Mr. Rosenthal founded the firm and concentrates his practice on all areas of commercial litigation, including creditor’s rights and bankruptcy, construction disputes, contract claims, real property disputes, and business dissolutions. Mr. Rosenthal has tried commercial cases in federal, state, and bankruptcy courts and has handled multiple arbitration proceedings.

In the creditor’s rights area, Mr. Rosenthal primarily represents financial institutions and other creditors in bankruptcy, state, and federal courts. Ashley N. Rosenthal
Mrs. Rosenthal manages the firm while also practicing in both commercial litigation and transactional areas. Her primary litigation focus involves the representation of commercial landlords in property management issues and landlord/tenant disputes. Ashley represents several national corporate shopping center owners, handling all of their landlord/tenant matters at multiple properties throughout the state of Florida. Her other litigation work includes contract disputes, corporate and partnership litigation, enforcement of non-competition and non-solicitation covenants, and healthcare litigation.

Jennifer L. Morando

Ms. Morando practices in general commercial litigation, with a focus in commercial landlord/tenant disputes and creditor's rights, including the representation of financial institutions in connection with commercial loan workouts, litigation, and complex bankruptcy issues.

Adam P. Hartley

Mr. Hartley's practice area includes all forms of commercial litigation, with an emphasis on creditor's rights and commercial landlord/tenant matters, which encompasses contractual loan defaults, commercial landlord eviction actions, mortgage foreclosures, and the replevin of personal property.
