Our History |
The firm's founding partners, Mr. and Mrs. Rosenthal, built their careers in the Central Florida area. After graduating from the University of Florida's College of Law in 1994, Mr. Rosenthal began practicing with a mid-size Orlando firm specializing in bankruptcy and creditor's rights. In 1996, he moved to a national law firm, Foley & Lardner LLP, as an associate in its litigation department. In 2003, he was elevated to partner.
Meanwhile, in 2001, Mrs. Rosenthal graduated from the University of Florida's College of Law. She then started her own career at Foley & Lardner LLP, practicing in both the commercial litigation and health care departments.
In August 2005, Mr. Rosenthal left Foley & Lardner LLP to start his own firm. Six months later, Mrs. Rosenthal joined him. What began as a small litigation firm has quickly expanded into one of the premier creditor's rights and commercial litigation boutique firms in Central Florida. The firm has also handles real estate transactional and corporate formation work. Then, in 2011, the firm opened its Miami office to facilitate our clients in the south Florida market.
The firm serves both national and local clients. The firm's areas of expertise include creditor's rights, bankruptcy, construction law, admiralty law, commercial landlords in landlord/tenant disputes, and general commercial litigation. The firm also handles real estate transactional work, corporate formation work, representation of companies in the health care industry, and regulatory compliance.
The Rosenthal Law Firm, P.A. efficiently provides the level of expertise and service clients would expect from a national law firm, while maintaining close professional relationships with our clients. |
